Product Design Specialist combining art school craft with product rigor. Since 2017 I have translated complex, high stakes problems into simple, high quality experiences across fintech, SaaS, foodtech, travel, payments and marketplaces. B2B and B2C, mobile and web. My focus includes product strategy with product managers, user research, and scalable design systems. I have served as the first designer establishing design culture and as a Chapter Lead mentoring teams. I uphold accessibility standards, define event instrumentation, run experiments, and apply AI where it adds value, such as personalization, faster operations and better decisions.

Own end-to-end UX/UI strategy for communications, payments, and onboarding. Turn insights into actionable improvements with Product & Engineering. Analyze product/conversational data to optimize flows and human-AI benefits, define experimentation mechanics (activation, conversion, CSAT, FCR, handling time), lead documentation/standardization of UX, UI, and Design Systems (tokens, components, accessibility), to drive consistency and GTM readiness.
